Known as Te Mareikura (nobly born female), your guide will introduce you to Māori culture, the hongi, karakia to make way for a special experience like no other in the world.  Whakaari - White Island is special, care and respect is required to ensure your flight is one full of treasures - the narrative of this icon, its history and the way in which local Māori interpret the island's persona. 

You will feel the mauri of Whakaari-White Island, its obvious power, colour and mood as the sunlight bounces off the crystal blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
